Please complete the request information for your desired reservation. Once your request has been submitted, a member of our staff will be in touch with you within 5 business days regarding availability and/or processing payment.  Payment can be made using a credit card over the phone.

Guest Housing Registration
While we understand that travel plans may change, we will reserve the right to apply the following policies on all guest room reservations: Modification Policy: If you need to change the date of arrival, please contact the Events and Student Services office by no later than 24-hours prior to the booked date of arrival. If you need to change the date of departure, please let the Events and Students Services office know by no later than 24-hours prior to the booked date of departure. Late Check-Out Policy: If you check-out beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time without proper notification, a $25 Administrative fee will be applied. Cancellation Policy: A $25 cancellation fee will be applied if a cancellation is made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date. If payment was made for the reservation with a credit card, we will refund the money less the $25 cancellation fee. If other payment arrangements were made (i.e. cash, check), a credit balance may be applied towards a future reservation less the $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made two (2) days or more prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be provided to the credit card. If other payment arrangements were made (i.e. cash, check), a credit balance may be applied towards a future reservation.
